Quick fixes for Streaming issues with Fire TV, Streaming Services, Internet, WiFi, etc

Fortunately 95% of issues can be quickly fixed by following the steps below (test to see if its fixed after each step):
  1. Reboot or Restart Fire TV Stick (unplug from power and plug back in).
  2. Internet, Modem & WiFi Troubleshooting steps. Unplug and restart (NOT RESET) both your modem & WiFi router (or 2-4 white Mesh pucks).
  3. If the issue is specific to the Streaming Service Provider that you pay every month, please contact them directly about their issue - Streamwise charges no monthly rate and is not a service provider.

We have put a lot of time into creating the help article links & videos above. They have expert advice and all the details needed to almost most issues (its very rare the installed hardware goes bad).  If you have done everything above and the issue persists please give us additional details so we can narrow down the issue and potential fix:
    1. Are you receiving error messages? If so, what are they? 
    2. When did the issue start?
    3. Is it happening on all TVs or just 1 TV?
    4. Is it happening on 1 app or all apps? Which apps?
    If you are not techy and unable to perform these steps or you are still having problems after performing these steps, the solution is likely more complex and will require a paid expert tech visit to see the issue onsite. Since we are not a service provider and do not charge a monthly rate we cannot afford to provide free domestic phone support or tech visits.
