StreamWise Solutions is different from traditional Pay TV providers and the significant annual savings are forever - our average customer saves $1500 every year! However since we are not a provider like Comcast Xfinity and are not charging you $200+ a month (SWS charges NO monthly rate), we cant cover the high cost to provide expert domestic phone, email and in person support-it is expensive.

Initial installation includes free support for 30 days. After that you can use our free Support resources (see below) or sign up for our annual Pro Support Plan, here are your 2 options
  1. Get full expert Support with our $199 annual Pro Support Plan - this is less than you would pay for a cup of coffee every month.  Continue receiving personalized local expert SWS Support, plus all other Pro Support Plan benefits!  
  2. Cancel your SWS Pro Plan and have NO phone or email support from SWS, since we are charging you NO monthly or annual fees. You also lose your discounted grandfathered annual rate of $149.
If you are too busy, not techy or just want the piece of mind of having local phone, email and in person support from experts, we highly recommend you continue our inexpensive annual Pro Support Plan.  As a Pro Plan member you can take advantage of personalized domestic email and phone support, in person service calls at half price, weekend responses, plus exclusive training videos and emails. If you choose to cancel your SWS Pro Plan we do NOT offer phone or email support - you are on your own. Even though we charge no monthly rate, we do offer lots of free help and support options for those that are techy, plus paid onsite visits at full price rates:
  1. Find help fast in our free 24/7 Help Center
  2. Access Free Expert On Demand Training.
  3. Contact the hardware manufacturer or streaming service provider directly.
  4. Should you need additional tech support, we only offer onsite visits and charge a 1x $149 service trip fee plus a pro rated $149/hour labor.
