Add a 2nd or new Fire TV Remote Control
If you have a Fire TV stick installed by StreamWise there is no reason to get a new Fire TV stick, however Amazon does have a slick new Fire TV Pro Remote Control that is backlit, with a reote finder & shortcut buttons for the TV Guide and top Streaming apps! If you want you can order the new remote and pair it to your same Fire TV stick - you can use 2 remotes for the same Fire TV Stick. After getting the remote, this is a 2 step process, so make sure you are comfortable doing the following 2 steps, as we do not offer free support.
- If you bought a new Fire TV Remote Control simply follow the instruction that came with it to pair it to your existing Fire TV Stick - see picture below.
- You will also need to program it to also control your TV, Soundbar or Audio Receiver, click here for instructions.
