What are my passwords / I forgot my passwords
StreamWise Solutions is not a TV service provider. We install equipment that allows you to access content from various content providers, including an antenna, Sling, YouTube TV, Netflix, and others. For security reasons, StreamWise Solutions does not store your passwords, but we should have left you a list of the passwords we may have created for you while we were on-site for your installation, so if you can find that then it will have everything you need to login.
If you forgot your password for one of these providers, you will need to contact that provider directly for help. Most of the providers have a "reset my password" or "forgot my password" on their websites which you can use as long as you have access to the email account you use for that account. If you do not have access, you will need to contact the provider directly.
