If you are having trouble with your Sideclick remote, you can search in Sideclick's Help Center or contact Sideclick directly.  If you want to purchase a Sideclick, you can buy from Sideclick directly, from Amazon, or from BestBuy. Make sure you buy the correct attachment for your remote (Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, etc).
