Help with my Nvidia Shield, HDHomeRun, or Channels App

StreamWise Solutions, fka as freeTVee, has not installed the Nvidia Shield, HDHomeRun, or the Channels DVR App to access your antenna channels for 3 years.  For help with these products, please reach out to the manufacturer directly. The HDHomeRun is the device that receives the channels from your antenna and provides the ability to record over-the-air shows. The Nvidia Shield is the front-end experience, and is the device your remote controls. The Channels DVR App is what you likely use on the Shield to watch the Over-The-Air channels through your antenna.

Even though we no longer install these products we are able to offer paid onsite support from an expert. If you would like to go that route, you can contact us by phone or submit a ticket. However, contacting the manufacturer directly will offer free support.
