Already have an answering machine you want to use instead of the Ooma voicemail system?  Change the Ooma voicemail pickup timing so your answering machine picks up first.

While this doesn't actually disable your voicemail, it effectively accomplishes the same thing as long as your answering machine picks up faster. If you want to turn off voicemail for your service, you need to contact Ooma.
