You can downgrade your package at any time. If you still want to cancel DIRECTV STREAM:

1. Sign in and go to Account Overview.
2. Select Manage my subscription.
3. Choose Cancel my subscription and follow the prompts.

Good to know:

• For your security, only the account owner can cancel DIRECTV STREAM service.
• You can restart your service prior to the billing date if you change your mind.
• If you have a promo offer and cancel before the end of your service commitment, you may owe an early termination fee.

Amazon Fire TV
If you purchased DIRECTV STREAM through Fire TV, follow the same instructions above.

Roku
On Device

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
2. Press the * on your Roku remote when you have the channel you wish to cancel highlighted
3. Select Manage Subscription

          a. Select Cancel Subscription, confirm your cancellation, and select Done

On mobile device or PC

1. Go to my.roku.com
2. Sign in with your credentials (if not already signed in)
3. Scroll down and select Manage your subscriptions
4. Under Active Subscriptions, select Cancel Subscription

         a. Select a Cancellation Reason to complete the process
