If you are experiencing technical difficulties and StreamWise Solutions only installed a basic antenna by itself, 95% of issues are easy to fix and are related to your TV not the antenna. Usually the issue is simply that the TV is on the wrong TV input or source.
There are thousands of TVs and every TV is different, but this is the general process. Using your TV remote, make sure your TV is on the right Input/Source for "TV". If you cant find the "Input" or "Source" button on your TV;s remote control you can also try hitting the channel up/down buttons.
If you need further help with your TV, we recommend accessing the TV owners manual or contacting the manufacturer of your TV as they will know how their products work the best. You can also try unplugging you TV from power and replugging it back in to power and turning it on.
