Adding Or Removing Channels And Extras
You can make changes to your subscription through your My Account page. Start by logging in to your account and selecting Change Subscription on the dashboard.
Adding And Removing Extras
The top of the Change Subscription page will detail your current subscription. Select the drop-down (Your Current Service) Extras to see what Extras are available, like Cloud DVR Plus, Sports Extra, Kids Extra and more.
- Choose +ADD to add an Extra to your subscription. The icon will change to a checkmark
- To remove an Extra, select the checkmark. It will change to say +ADD
- Once you’re satisfied, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Review
From there, follow the on-screen instructions to review and confirm your subscription changes.
If you’re adding Extras to your subscription, the change will take place immediately. When removing Extras, the change will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
